1. How do I get a quote for my custom sign?

2. Can you produce signs from my logo or design file?

Yes. We work from AI, PDF, EPS, CDR or high-resolution PNG files. If you only have a photo or a hand sketch, our design team can redraw it for you — a free design mockup is provided before production so you can confirm the effect first.

3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no MOQ for custom signs — a single piece is welcome. For wholesale orders of catalog items, tiered discounts start from small batches; see the Wholesale & Agent Partnership page for discount levels.

4. What materials and lighting do you use?

We use 304/316 stainless steel, galvanized steel, acrylic and aluminum composites, with brand-name LED modules (Epistar / Osram chips, Mean Well or equivalent drivers). All illuminated signs are IP65/IP67 waterproof rated and CE / IEC certified — suitable for outdoor use in any climate.

5. How do I pay? Is PayPal supported?

We support PayPal (ideal for sample and small orders — available directly on Shop product pages), T/T bank transfer and Trade Assurance on Alibaba.com. For large project orders, a 30–50% deposit starts production, with the balance paid before shipment.

6. How long is production and delivery?

Production normally takes 7–15 working days after design confirmation, depending on quantity and complexity. Shipping worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx, 5–8 days), air (8–12 days) or sea (25–40 days). We arrange export documents, CE certificates and packing lists for smooth customs clearance.

7. How are the signs packed? Will they survive shipping?

Every sign is protected with foam film and corner guards, then packed in a custom wooden case or honeycomb carton. Damaged-in-transit cases are extremely rare — and if one happens, we replace the affected parts free of charge.

8. What warranty do you provide?

3-year warranty on all illuminated signage, with spare LED modules and drivers supplied with every order. Our engineers support you remotely during installation, and video guidance is available anytime.

9. Do you support wholesale, agent and OEM/ODM cooperation?
