SIGNSTAR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website huirensigns.xyz and manufactures custom LED illuminated signage, 3D channel letters, light boxes and related products. By placing an order, submitting an inquiry or using the Shop on this website, you (“the Buyer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All quotations are free, valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and based on the specifications provided by the Buyer (size, material, lighting, quantity). An order is confirmed only after the Buyer approves the final design proof and pays the agreed deposit. Custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed, and exclude shipping, insurance, import duties and taxes at destination. We accept PayPal (Shop orders and samples), T/T bank transfer, and Trade Assurance orders via Alibaba.com. Production starts after the deposit (typically 30–50%) is received; the balance is due before shipment.
We provide a design mockup or production drawing for confirmation before manufacturing. Once the Buyer approves the proof, dimensions, colors and layout are frozen. Slight variations in brightness, color tone and material finish that fall within industry norms do not constitute defects.
Delivery time stated in the quotation is an estimate starting from design approval and deposit receipt. Goods are packed in wooden cases or honeycomb cartons suitable for international transport. Risk passes to the Buyer according to the agreed Incoterm (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP). We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or force majeure events.
The Buyer should inspect goods upon arrival. Claims for visible damage or shortage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos. For PayPal Shop orders, the item must be returned unused in its original packaging for refund or replacement as agreed.
All illuminated signage carries a 3-year warranty covering LED modules, drivers and workmanship under normal use and installation. The warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, accidents, or operation beyond rated voltage. Spare LED modules are supplied with every order.
The Buyer guarantees that logos, texts and designs submitted for production do not infringe third-party rights. Website content, product photos and design files remain the property of SIGNSTAR and may not be reproduced without written permission. Approved designs may be shown as project references unless the Buyer requests confidentiality in writing.
Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the invoice value of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
